The Sedona Principles consist of a set of 14 principles that were considered, by a SedonaConference® Working Group, to be "a reasonable and balanced approach to the treatment of electronic data." The computer software utilized in "eDiscovery" to assure both conformity to these principles and to uncover "edetails" relevant to the litigation are the focus of this webinar series. The essential tools for uncovering, preserving, analyzing and documenting electronic (computerized/digital) data will be presented. We will also demonstrate how to detect if electronic data has been altered.
